1. General Provisions and Definitions

The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The jaiya9 website (jaiya9.cam) and all services included within it.
• "Services" — Online casino games, sports betting, live casino and other gaming features.
• "Account" — Your personal user account registered on the platform.
• "Bet" — The amount allocated from your balance to participate in a game.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional reward or additional credit granted by the platform.

jaiya9 is an online gaming platform that provides entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. Although these terms are prepared in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall be considered final. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali text shall prevail.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To register on the platform, you must:

• Create an account in your own name — registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.

• Only one account per person is permitted.

2.2 Personal Responsibility for Your Account

You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. Keeping your login password and personal information secure is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3. Account Verification and Security

Identity verification may be carried out through a National ID card (NID), passport or birth registration certificate. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

• Only one account per user is permitted.
• The same payment method may not be used across multiple accounts.
• If multiple accounts operated from the same device or IP address are detected, all accounts may be suspended.
• Accounts created with false information, along with all associated balances and winnings, will be considered void.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on the platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Identity verification may be mandatory before your first withdrawal.

• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
• jaiya9 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the required wagering on any bonus balance has not been met.
• Suspicious transactions may require additional verification.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A conversion fee may apply to any transaction made in a foreign currency, and that responsibility lies entirely with the user.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jaiya9 offers new members a 150% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳28,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳48,000.

5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must place bets equal to 20 times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable.

• The wagering requirement must be met within a set time period from the date the bonus is received.
• Bets placed using bonus balance will count toward the bonus wagering requirement.
• Some games may not contribute to bonus wagering at all, or may contribute only partially.
• If a specific bonus promotion has its own terms, those terms will take precedence over these general terms.

5.3 VIP Program

jaiya9 has four VIP tiers for regular players: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%) and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Progression to a higher tier depends on gaming activity and consistency.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on jaiya9 are operated using reliable technology, and a Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to ensure fair play. Each game has its own rules which can be found within the game interface.

6.1 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international tournaments. If a match is cancelled or suspended, the situation will be handled in accordance with the betting rules. Bets placed based on match fixing or insider information will be cancelled and the account will be suspended.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game result is disrupted due to a server or network issue, jaiya9 may refund the bets for the affected round. jaiya9 reserves the right to cancel abnormally large winnings resulting from a technical error.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Using third-party payment methods.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

The jaiya9 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Every effort is made to ensure uninterrupted service, however temporary disruptions may occur due to technical reasons or during maintenance.

• jaiya9 is not responsible for any loss caused by loss of internet connection.
• jaiya9 does not bear responsibility for issues caused by third-party service provider errors.
• Any loss resulting from the user's own mistakes is entirely the user's responsibility.
• Abnormal rewards or results arising from unexpected or unintentional technical errors may not be honoured.
